Aviation audits represent G.E.D.A.’s primary business activity.
The audit is a systematic, independent and documented process for obtaining evidence of the actual inspection and evaluate it objectively, in order to determine to what extent the reference inspection criteria have been met.
Audits are carried out in the following areas of intervention:
• Aircraft
• Operational base
• Personnel
• Air Operator
• Maintenance organization
• Operational missions
• Heliport/Airfield
• Helideck
The auditing activity can be customized by the client according to its needs / demands and may involve all or only some areas of intervention; it can either be performed on a one-time basis or planned over a long term period.
The end product of the auditing activity is the “Audit Report” in which it is clearly and impartially stated whether the level of safety and reliability of the audited organization, aircraft, structures and facilities meets the requirements.
